This comes from the Clubhouse Chairperson, who is tirelessly working to improve the experience of the residents and push Prestige to ensure that space in the Clubhouse @ Shantiniketan is put to the right and optimal use.

PSAAWA is being consulted by PPMS on these issues and given the opportunity to hear PSN owners/allottees word through PSAAWA.

Priority is being given to a convenience store, medical store and we are talking to many vendors. A 24×7 ambulance service with tie ups with nearby major hospitals for PSN kind of community is suggested.

For the Gym, identification for a vendor for is under way for all health and wellness related activities like gym, aerobics, swimming pool maintenance and all sports facilities maintenance. Trained instructors will be available for these facilities. Personal instructors can be available and will be charged separately on a per person basis.

Couple of vendor options discussed for restaurant and Cafe but none of them are finalized. There are few probable candidates and they are looking at the facilities.

It was a great ceremony with Shaan singing in the background. Makes us realize how many hits he has give over the years. I particularly enjoyed “Om Shanti Om” with “Om Shantiniketan” thrown in by the singer towards the end. I am sure Prestige officials would have send in a special request for the song “All iz well”

3.12.10  Monthly Review for November 2010

Namaste PSAAWA members! Greetings of the Season!

It has been two months since your MC was re-constituted. This is the second monthly review (MR) for November. The intent of this MR is to highlight the activities of PSAAWA and anchor the posts.

1.PSAAWA MC had an Interface Meet with Prestige Management on Tuesday 2nd November at the PSN Clubhouse to introduce each other’s teams. The MoM has all details and is with you.

2. PSAAWA (both MC and non-MC members) facilitated and co-ordinated the Diwali Celebrations on Friday 5th November. Fairy lights were hung up, banners installed, designated area cleaned up, some stalls for snacks etc. Residents came with fireworks and sweets had a gala time. Thanks for adopting safe practices and making the event a success!

3. PSAAWA MC met for the Monthly Meet on 7th November, the first Sunday of the month, as usual. The MoM has all details and is with you.

4. Some members of PSAAWA MC met Prestige top management at Falcon House on Friday 19th November, and various issues of PSN were discussed in detail. The MoM has all the details.

5. PSAAWA MC had a PSN walkthrough with top Prestige Management on Tuesday 30th November to determine the readiness of the complex for inauguration. The details are in the MoM posted.

6.Inauguration of PSN is scheduled for Sunday 12th December 2010 by Prestige who will be sending out the invites. It should usher positivity for the project which many outsiders have dismissed as jinxed. Prestige is likely to make some important announcements.

7. The next MC meet will be held on Sunday 5th December. MC members are active as is evident from the attendance roll recorded in the MoMs.

8. Prestige is consulting PSAAWA on important matters of PSN. Includes Clubhouse ops and some members of Clubhouse Committee are attending vendors meets with PPMS.

9. An EGM is tentatively scheduled for Sunday 9th January 2011 in line with your MC’s commitment to meet all members of PSAAWA every quarter. It is likely to be held at PSN Clubhouse. The agenda would include change of name to Owners Association and the byelaws. Various committees too will present their reports. Please ensure you attend.

10. Various committees hold their own meeting at regular intervals to review the progress done and preview the pending tasks. Some of the committees that have been meeting include Clubhouse, Cultural, Utilities, Special Issues, Projects, Residents etc.

We welcome and value any feedback. The MC is listening! We are here because of you. Together let’s make PSN a “wow” habitat - the very best condominium community in Bengaluru & India!
